When you contact us we collect what you put on the form: your name, email address, telephone number and message. For a venue enquiry we also collect your organisation, site address and venue details. For a support request we also ask which Tuckshop you used and when.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and help with your request. We do not sell your details.
Who handles it
Companies that host this website and deliver our email handle your details on our behalf. If you search by postcode, the postcode is looked up on postcodes.io to find your nearest Tuckshop. The Tuckshop app has its own privacy notice in the app.
